These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 7d platform and its users. By accessing the 7d website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

In these terms, "user", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform. "7d", "platform" or "we" refers to the entity operating this site.

These terms are written in Bangla; however, in the event of any interpretive ambiguity, the platform's decision shall be final. 7d reserves the right to amend these terms at any time — changes will be published on the site before taking effect.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with 7d, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, mobile number, date of birth and all other required details must be real and your own. Registering with false information will result in the account being cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a policy violation and all associated accounts will be closed. If multiple family members use the same device or network, the support team should be informed in advance.

2.3 Account Verification

7d may request additional information from time to time for identity verification. Copies of a national ID card, passport or birth certificate may be required. 7d reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 7d support team immediately.

The minimum age to join 7d and play betting or casino games is 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Providing false age information will result in immediate account closure.

Additionally, using 7d from a location where online betting is legally prohibited is not allowed. It is the user's own responsibility to be aware of the laws applicable in their location.

4.1 Deposits

7d currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Transactions must be made from a mobile number registered in your own name — using a mobile number registered to someone else makes verification difficult and may require additional account verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals are made only via bKash, Nagad or Rocket and will be sent only to the mobile number of the registered account holder.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For large withdrawals, or if any unusual activity is detected, 7d may request identity verification. Funds will be released only after verification is complete. If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the transaction will be held and the necessary steps will be taken.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times — meaning a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳30,000 in bets.

5.2 Other Offers

7d regularly offers various promotions, such as a weekly 30% recharge bonus (up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x), a slots festival bonus and a cricket special offer. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once (unless otherwise stated in the individual offer's terms).
• Only the cash balance may be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met — not the bonus portion.
• When placing bets with bonus funds, the maximum bet limit stated in the offer's terms must be followed.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Bonuses are not given as cash — they are added as betting balance.

6.1 Betting Terms

Once a bet placed on 7d is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, the amount will be returned to the account. In both live casino and sports betting, bet outcomes are final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of technical error where a complaint may be raised.

6.2 Odds and Payouts

Odds displayed on 7d may change at any time. The odds shown at the time a bet is confirmed are final. For sports events, odds may differ before or after a match starts. For any questions about payouts, please contact the support team.

6.3 RTP and Game Results

The results of slots and casino games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). 7d does not influence the outcome of any game. The result of each spin or hand is independent of previous results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7d platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account
• Attempting to place bets using any software, bot or automated method
• Exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to access or use an account

In the event of any of the above violations, 7d reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Closure by 7d

7d may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity or any other reason. If a violation is confirmed, any remaining balance will not be returned.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your own account at any time. In that case, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance (the portion for which wagering requirements have been met). To voluntarily close your account, contact the support team.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains unused for an extended period (12 months or more), it may be marked as inactive. A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts — you will be notified by email in advance.

If incorrect odds, balances or bonus amounts are displayed on the website for any reason, 7d reserves the right to correct the error and review outcomes if necessary.

11.3 Maintenance

The site may be temporarily taken offline for routine maintenance. No bets or transactions will be processed during this time.
